    McDonald's was once renowned for their training of staff and management. Not sure what happened to the quality of training. This is either a training issue or attitude issue.

    Service and food was actually very good. But the restaurant was dirty and staff instead of talking and hanging out could be wiping tables are at least look interested.

    Have been through drive through a few times. On three occasions (different sides each time) the lane I was in was ignored by the staff. Cars that just got there were being served prior to the ones waiting longer.

    11Mins to get 2 frozen cokes!!!! And all they said was sorry and slammed down the cokes that were litterly half full!

    This place had no pride in their job. Lots of people talking, no body is working. Had given or lost my meals three times! Still did not see what was the problem. The staff are too busy looking after their mates while they are off duty. There are only one Minion family meal available on the menu and still gets it wrong. Not even a word of sorry when mistakes are made. You people can do much better than that! Get some body who really want to work to work there please.

    Worst service. Care less about the make up girls and more about the service. Training in customer service much needed. I never get what i actually order either.

    It is quite clear that the staff and management do not care about the local community who are trying to support local business.

    Mac Happy day is coming and I will drive to a different suburb to purchase a Big Mac. McDonald's tastes the same everywhere, I will not give my money to this store ever again. I would rather pay more on petrol to drive out of Craigieburn and Roxburgh Park as I believe the Franchisee owns these McDonald's stores, than support my local McDonald's.

    When I questioned this on two occasions the Team Leader advised that the sensor pad was not working. When I asked why the staff do not check the multiple CCTV camera's pointing at the drive through lanes, the Team Leader could not give an excuse. I recommended that her staff required training and she agreed.

    Huge disappointment, I gave them a chance the first time, it happened again and I raised my concerns with management and the third time just showed that any concerns raised by patrons/customers are either not directed to management or management just don't care.
